I experimented with 4 AC party (ranger, animal domain cleric, druid, the inquisitor archetype where you can grant everyone teamwork feats for a short amount of time) and the melee builds were sitting around most of the time. Drop Wisdom and increase Charisma and take Scaled Fist monk instead of regular monk for your main char, because Scaled Fists take their AC bonus from Charisma instead of Wisdom.
